The staff were extremely kind and helpful, but the room hadn’t been fully finished. There was a fresh patch of cement by the bathroom geyser, and the smell was very strong. The drying towels didn’t smell fresh, as if they hadn’t dried properly, and there was a mosquito. The hotel is also in a busy, noisy area.

I booked for a relative, and the hotel made the process much easier by helping out a lot. My guest had a great stay, with a comfortable room and extremely kind staff. Amazing service. Definitely recommend!

The location is central and the rooms are good. Service could be faster, information more accurate, and prices more consistent. I applied for a long stay, so I wonder why the prices kept increasing.

The pictures online don’t match what you find here. It needs major renovation, the paint is peeling, and there are cockroaches. The location and service were terrible, the kitchen staff were very rude, and breakfast was a disgrace. There was just one iron for the whole hotel. All in all, stay away.

The prices change whenever they feel like it, there’s a language barrier, and the WiFi is slow. Service is terrible and unfriendly. Wouldn’t recommend.
