Mequfi Beach Resort

The rooms and facilities were amazing, and the food was delicious. What stood out just as much was how friendly the staff were. They went out of their way to make our stay feel incredible. I’ve been to plenty of resorts, but this was one of the most unbelievable. I’d go back as soon as I can, and would tell everyone to visit. You’ll thank me!

The desserts were always on point, and the beach was clean. Our room was neat, and they brought cookies every night. The bar also had fresh, cold drinks, which was nice. The place itself is good and the staff are great, though not everyone can speak English. We never got a remote for the air conditioning in our room, even though it was missing. Some of the equipment was broken and there were no bicycles. We also had to queue for fried chicken. I hope they improve. Give it a try!

The clean beaches made the long trip worth it, though the gravel road from the airport to the resort takes 55 minutes. The deluxe suites had exquisite finishes, and those two outdoor showers were amazing. Staff were super friendly and the service was wonderful. The seafood meals were ridiculously good. This place feels magical, and I’d happily return again and again.

No kids' entertainment at all, and there isn't a lunch or snack menu by the pool or beach despite the all-inclusive setup. The food choices are limited too. The pool's poorly maintained rubber surface had sharp off-cuts that cut my kids' feet and toes. Management ignored the complaint. Really disappointing overall. I expected Mauritius-level standards.
