Lukes Place

There are just two rooms here, apart from the villa in another part of the property, so it feels like you have plenty of space to yourself. The garden is lovely, with a pool, and a gate gives you direct access to the beach. It's a beautiful, secluded spot at the bottom of Vilanculos. Linda and Louis, the owners, are friendly and ready to help with pretty much anything. The staff are helpful too, and rooms are cleaned every day except Sunday. A great option if you're after rest and relaxation.

Linda, the host, made sure we were comfortable and shared useful tips for trips and places to go out. We had a perfect stay at Luke’s place. The chalets are spacious and clean, and you can walk straight out to the beach.

Linda welcomed us warmly, picked us up at the airport, and took us to the local ‘Woolworths’ for groceries. She made sure we had a great stay, and we're very grateful. Her team brought us coconuts and cashews and dropped off pao too. The rooms were clean, spacious, and lovely, with a spectacular view.

Linda and Louis, along with the rest of the staff, were wonderful hosts. They picked us up from the airport for free, helped with grocery shopping, and were available for any requests. They can also arrange a delicious dinner in your villa, or a picture-perfect day trip by boat to the Bazaruto Archipelago at a reasonable price. The trip is a must. Luke’s Place is a real gem in Vilanculos, with a perfect view, lovely beds, and a very nice villa and two well-equipped chalets. They're cleaned daily.
