The room was big, the staff were all polite, and the hotel is near a lovely beach. Breakfast was good, with different choices on different days. If you're unsure what activities to try, they can help by suggesting a range of options. It was an amazing experience.

The ocean view was spectacular, and David looked after us attentively and warmly. He even sang to my sister and brought her crumpets as a birthday surprise. We were celebrating her 60th at the beautiful restaurant, and the breakfast buffet was delicious, with lots to choose from: fresh fruit, smoothies, pastries, and hot dishes including omelets made to order and crispy bacon. It was a memorable experience.

The property is perfect, but the service from the white hair manager was poor. She even lied to a client, saying there was only one key for each room. Cash was stolen from a wallet left on the table in the room, and we could see that everyone working there was complaining about her. I hope new, excellent management will improve the current situation. This is the only accommodation property in Swakop, so you need to look after your belongings.

We were told by phone that a room was available, but when we arrived, we were told there was no room. We then booked dinner for the following evening, only to be told when we got there that we hadn't made a reservation. It was a bad experience.

The sea view is unique, and the staff were helpful and friendly. Breakfast was very good. There’s also a little restaurant down by the beach to get something in between. The hotel is quite a distance from the city centre, so we always needed the car. The rooms feel a bit dated and could use renovation, and they get quite cold in winter.
