Prost Hotel

Right in the center of this busy tourist town, it’s a good choice for a city stay, with friendly, helpful staff. The rooms are modern, clean and spacious, with comfortable beds, a good shower, tea-making facilities and useful bedside lamps. Breakfast was fine, the usual buffet spread. Rooms upstairs can get hot even in this temperate city. There’s no AC, but a fan that does an adequate job. If you want old-world German charm, this isn’t the place. If a comfortable, somewhat anonymous modern hotel suits you, it does the job.

I loved my stay. The AC in my room had a problem on the first night, but they quickly moved me to another room since the repair would take a while. The staff were so kind and friendly. The manager had awesome, vibrant energy and was excellent. ☺️🙏🏽

We’d warned them about our dietary requirements, but had to remind the staff, so there was nothing for us on the first day. Breakfast is the only meal provided. The courtyard rooms face a car park and were noisy and hot. They had swamp coolers instead of AC, and the units were dirty.

The rooms were clean and had nice amenities, and the front desk was friendly and accommodating. The staff who helped us at breakfast were really nice too. It’s a great location in the center of town. Thank you, and we look forward to seeing you again!
