The Waterfront Cottage F12

We stayed three nights in June 2019. The town centre is a little far, though the promenade makes for a pleasant daytime walk there, and some restaurants, such as The Tug, offer a courtesy bus in the evening. The property itself was modern, comfortable, clean, and well equipped. There was secure garage parking for one car and a good alarm system. I accidentally set it off early one morning, and the security guard arrived quickly to check the property. We mostly ate out, but the cooking setup looked fine, including an indoor barbecue. There was also a washer, dryer, and TVs.

Everything we needed was right at hand, and the staff were helpful and friendly. Waterfront Cottage is a clean, airy self-catering apartment with lovely furnishings, close to the water and just a two-minute walk from the mall. We really enjoyed staying there.

The shopping centre is nearby, and the place was clean, tidy, comfortable, and had the amenities we needed. Hot evenings were the main drawback, as there was no fan or air conditioning. It also borders a busy road, so morning traffic noise made a quiet lie-in impossible.

During our month-long Namibia tour, this was the cleanest, most comfortable place we stayed, and the best equipped. Thank you so much.
