The oxtail at the Sundowner was really good, and I even took a few photos to share. I couldn't send a picture of the dish because nobody wants to see an empty plate! I was dining in the restaurant on the 15th floor, and Lindiwe was a great waitress. She kept an eye on my wine glasses and made me feel at home. I wish more Namibian restaurants had enthusiastic waitresses like her.

Chef Timo's chocolate plum dessert was rich and delicious, with a lovely balance that made it unforgettable. The elegant atmosphere and outstanding food made the stay memorable, and Lindiwe's warm, attentive service tied it all together. She went out of her way to make sure everything felt welcoming and ran smoothly.

Marcel made what I think was one of the best Pina coladas in town, which is a rare find for fans. Maggy helped me from getting a table through choosing food, and even checked that I was looked after during her short break. Lindiwe was bubbly and made sure I was taken care of while Maggy was away. Amazing team, kudos!

The food was amazing, with lots of options, and I enjoyed the whole experience. Christiana was so welcoming and lovely, making sure I was catered for. I really loved her service, 100% amazing. Pandu served me too and she was lovely as well.

After all my years of travelling here, this was the best experience I've had in Namibia. The staff were awesome, and Leonie deserves a special mention for making my stay comfortable and ensuring I had food and drinks. Her service is impeccable. Thank you so much.
