Poé Côté Lagon Beach Bungalows

Restaurants aren't always open, and Poe only has a very small grocery type store, so bring all the food you'll need. The bigger supermarkets are in Bourail. It was easy to make dinner in the outdoor kitchen, which has a sink, two gas hobs, a fridge, toaster, and kettle. We loved the bungalow facing the lagoon, with its comfortable bed, good shower, and well equipped kitchen. The pool looks magical at night, and Nathalie and Pierre were fantastic, welcoming hosts. At low tide we walked out over the reef and saw beautiful colorful coral formations. We also took a glassbottom boat trip to see the turtles. A fantastic stay, highly recommended.

Poé Côté Lagon was such a lovely way to begin our holiday. We enjoyed snorkeling from the beach and by boat in the crystal clear turquoise water, then had breakfast on the lagoon and coconut cocktails. Nathalie and Pierre were generous, welcoming hosts, and the bungalow was comfortable and well equipped. Thanks for the welcome drinks and the helpful tips on local trips and places to eat.

We stayed three nights recently at Poe Cote Lagon and had a fantastic time. The pool was lovely, the beach was so close, and our clean room had everything we needed. Natalie and Pierre were kind and friendly, always ready to help. They even helped us book an activity at our next stop since we don't speak much French. We'd highly recommend staying here.

Sophie looked after us while the owners were away, and we had the best four nights. The bungalow was great, with a lovely pool and gardens. We loved exploring and snorkeling from the beach and lagoon in the double kayak. Highly recommended.
