Designed by AVCIARCHITECTS, the strip mall will have about 2300 sqm of retail space, with shopping units connected by a canopy to public areas. It is planned next to the new Niamey Hotel, with a pedestrian route linking two of the city's main roads and two important roundabouts. The mall fronts a main roundabout, giving it a visible landmark position and encouraging public use. The site is on Boulevard de la Republique, north of the Palais des Congres in central Niamey. The Tunisian National University, Federal Government Offices of Niger, the old Presidential Palace, National Hospital of Niger, and other major institutions are in the same area.
