The management is poor, the staff seem poorly trained, and the hotel needs to improve its electricity, plumbing, and cleanliness. The air conditioner didn’t work. I booked online for #5500, but when I arrived they said the cheapest room was #9500. That makes the management seem fraudulent about its pricing. I waited around 30 minutes before anyone attended to me. The next day I had to check out and stay at another hotel.

The outside of the hotel and the parking space are good, but the property isn’t well managed. My room’s toilet was broken, and they gave me a mopping bucket to bathe with. The room floors were very dirty too. Such poor maintenance. Bad toilets, dirty rooms. I’m disappointed, and my rating is zero. Let someone else manage this place.

I came to make equator an event. The event center isn’t up to standard, though it’s affordable. There’s a wheelchair-accessible entrance and parking. There’s no market on site, but one is available nearby. Kids can come into the hotel, and the service and customer relations are top-notch.

This place wasn’t to my taste. There’s no air conditioning, and they turn the generator on at 6:30pm and off at 7:00am. There’s no power and no restaurant at all. The rooms are much too big, and all the toilets are bad.
