The setting is peaceful and good for relaxing, having fun, or gathering with family. The rooms and charlets are up to standard, but management needs to maintain the facilities in every room before guests have to complain. Sending maintenance staff only after a complaint also takes away from a customer's privacy.

The staff were very helpful, which is why I gave two stars, but I wouldn't recommend this place. Maintenance is almost non-existent, and management needs to take better care of the rooms. The bathroom drains were clogged, the showers didn't work, and many of the room walls were damaged. I'm not even sure the place gets housekeeping. The owner needs to get on top of things to keep the business afloat.

It's in a good location, but the staff could be more professional. One day, the water suddenly ran out while I was in the bathroom because someone hadn't switched on the water pump. That was a bad experience.

I had a memorable stay, with no trouble checking in or out since the Manager is an old friend. The room was clean and comfortable, and both the customer service and service delivery were excellent.

Their hospitality was commendable, and my room was okay. Still, the security seemed non-existent, anyone could walk in and out without being noticed. The showers weren't working, though I don't know about the other rooms, and the sheets I found were dirty and needed changing.
