Dinner was great and the staff were cordial, which is why I gave it two stars. I managed the room for one night, but it was almost like a basement and seemed to be right behind the staff room. I could hear their voices loudly, as if they were in my room. The hotel is in a detached part of town. The rooms had a weird smell, so I chose the one with the least strange smell, which eventually passed. There were visible stains on the bedding, and the bathroom needed a thorough clean. Its doors were dirty too.

The bed was so hard that it was uncomfortable to sleep on. The toilet looked old, there were stains on the bathroom and toilet tiles, and the toilet window net in my room was torn. Almost all the TV stations were blurry. On the good side, the staff were friendly and accommodating, there was light 24/7, and the hotel is in a serene environment. The food I ordered was good value for money.

Amazing place, really clean and comfortable. Their service is the best, 100 percent.

The furniture was quite dusty, the bathroom door was in bad shape, and pipes were leaking. The facilities need work. The staff, though, seemed cheerful and considerate, and with steady effort this could be a nice place.

There’s room for improvement in several areas, as there would be at any hotel. Still, the people made my stay: the staff were caring, and the manager was especially friendly and wonderful. There’s plenty of parking and the surroundings felt secure. I felt at home here, so I’d come back.
