A friend suggested this place, and although some reviews initially put me off, I found those concerns to be unfounded. The staff were friendly and helpful, and for the price, it's a decent deal. It's a good hotel.

I couldn't stay there. After waiting about 30 minutes at reception, someone who seemed like a supervisor sent a young man to clean a room, but it was still a mess when I got in. The bin had been emptied, yet the room was dirty and stinking. The door was in such bad shape that saying you could sleep without locking it isn't an exaggeration. The air conditioner only blew air without cooling, and the bathroom tap had very little pressure.

The staff were rude and unfriendly, and the hotel doesn't meet a good standard. A lot of things weren't working properly. It was noisy, with poor electricity and water supply.

The rooms are quite small, and I've never seen a hotel take away the light before. Service was poor, and the sheets were dirty even after washing. If I come back to Abuja, I won't stay here again.

The location is good, but the building itself only merits three stars and needs an upgrade.
