Austra Luxury Residence

The room looked much older and more worn than the photos online, and the property needs serious renovation. What was advertised didn’t match what I found. The door lock was faulty. It should’ve been checked before a guest arrived, but someone came to repair it after I’d already settled in, which was disruptive and unprofessional. A few hours later, there was another knock. I was told there’d been a booking mistake and that the room was supposedly reserved for another guest. They asked me to leave, which was unacceptable, and I refused. The whole thing was handled without professionalism or care. The staff seemed disorganized and nonchalant, with no regard for guest comfort or basic hospitality. Whoever manages this property seriously needs to rethink how it’s run. I expect a formal response and appropriate compensation for the stress and inconvenience.
