The room itself was in bad shape when I got there. Someone was still cleaning, the floor was wet, the bathroom smelled awful, and its sink was leaking. There wasn't a towel, and I had to go downstairs for tissue. I felt so uncomfortable I couldn't shower or even sit on the toilet. One socket was faulty, with wires visible and a sizzling noise, so I turned it off right away. I wasn't going to risk my safety. Getting help was a mess too. The hotel was easy to find, but nobody was at reception or anywhere in sight. I called, hoping someone would hear the phone at the desk, but no one came. A few minutes later a man jogged out. He didn't apologize, just gave excuses that made no sense. He'd apparently been negotiating with a potential customer, who told him to help me first. He replied, “oh, she can sit down. You know how women are” lol. I told him I was in a hurry and asked him to help me immediately. He suggested I leave my bag and go where I was headed. I wanted to get to the room I'd paid for first. When he gave me the key, he only pointed toward the room. I wasn't up for a confrontation and didn't have time, so I found it on my own. The staff also gave me odd looks for checking in alone. There's nothing strange about a woman staying in a hotel by herself. The service was terrible, and I definitely wouldn't recommend the place.

The rooms fell short of what the online pictures showed. The hotel needs renovation throughout.

Mr. Yomi at reception was friendly, and it was peaceful with electricity available around the clock and prompt room service. The shower in my room didn't work, though. You can get a cab right out front to go anywhere.

I paid for a room but never even went into it. Something came up, so I asked for some of my money back. They refused to refund even one kobo.

The surroundings were nice, and my stay wasn't bad. My main concerns were that some rooms had holes in the POP and still used window AC units, a few of which were really noisy. I also wish there were another way to lock the door from inside, since the card lock sometimes didn't make me feel secure.
