I couldn't stay because the place was in such terrible condition. I spent only three hours there, asked them to charge me for one day and refund the rest, but they started giving me a long Nigerian story. The toilet was dirty and poorly kept, and so low it was like my daughter's potty. The room was dusty and filthy, nowhere near luxury. A chair had a leg missing, and while I was trying to take in the mess, a big fly came at me. The wardrobe was unlike anything I'd seen before. After looking at the picture, I have to ask, what about this is luxurious? I flew in from London and had booked two nights. Customer service was below zero. Reception staff peeped into my room to look at things in my luggage because they knew I'd just arrived. It left me feeling very insecure. Management was extremely poor, maintenance seemed nonexistent, and the supposed luxury residence was luxury only in pictures and on paper. If you want good standards and professionalism, don't go to this hostel calling itself a hotel. The website pictures are pure deception, and I guarantee you'll regret staying. My advice is, NEVER GO TO THIS HOTEL. I'll upload a full video of the room in my next review. I have two more reviews to post, with the last one in December 2026.

We spent 4-5 days here and found it quiet and comfortable in Maitama. The building looks a little old outside, but inside it's equipped with modern features. Our room was spacious and had its own character, with a distinctive design. The small pool was a nice extra, and breakfast was complimentary and good. You can order from the menu at any time too. We had some Wi-Fi trouble at first, but it was fixed later. A pleasant stay overall.

The staff were efficient and courteous, and the price was budget-friendly. Meals were okay, though there wasn't much variety. The rooms felt stuffy and could use better ventilation and a facelift. There's no indoor parking, so cars have to stay outside.

The staff were kind and tried to make me comfortable, eventually moving me to another room after a horrible first night. The hotel may have been good once, but the quality has dropped a lot, and the facilities aren't properly maintained.

I spent five great nights here and got very attentive hospitality, tailored to what I needed. Breakfast was included, and there was a private indoor pool. The place was spotless, set in an immaculate estate with beautiful views. Great value for the money, and I'd absolutely recommend it.
