BON Hotel Abuja

The staff were very good, the food was okay, and Matthew was a big help. I also really liked how professional the spa and massage service was. But I gave it four stars because the owner's daughter's wedding meant their white Range Rover blocked the gate. They seemed to have no regard for people staying there, and I was left waiting outside for over 20 minutes before I could get in. I checked out the next day. That’s why I book one day at a time instead of paying upfront. They could have just closed the hotel for those days.

Breakfast is the one letdown for me, especially with so few options for diabetics. Apart from that, it feels like a perfect home away from home. The location is peaceful and properly secured, the rooms and grounds are clean, and the staff are professional and well trained.

The rooms, service, and location are all in good shape, so it’s a great place to stay. The pool is quite small and doesn’t seem to get much use. It’s also on the pricey side and not very budget friendly.

The staff made the stay easy, they were warm, professional, and helpful throughout. I also liked the breakfast, with a good mix of local and international dishes. The pool was clean and relaxing, and the gym was decent for a quick workout. My room was spacious, clean, and well furnished with what I needed. BON Hotel Abuja is in the quiet, upscale Maitama district, so it felt peaceful and secure. I had a genuinely pleasant visit and would recommend it to people coming to Abuja. I’d be happy to stay again.
