The setting was peaceful, with good landscaping and lots of greenery. The staff were well coordinated, and the prices were quite affordable. It was a lovely experience.

I was meant to stay a month, but left after 20 days because the promised 24 hour electricity and Wi-Fi, along with the AC, weren’t available continuously. They said I’d received a discount for booking a month, then canceled it when I left early and claimed I owed extra for breaking the agreement. I told them they’d also broken it by failing to provide the electricity and Wi-Fi stated in the contract. The apartment and the other staff were great, but Emmanuel, the manager, was extremely unprofessional. He said, “is it because of 200k you are arguing like a woman” and went on insulting me, raising his voice and twisting what I said. When I asked for his boss after that, he refused. I eventually spoke to her, and she was understanding and respectful. I paid 100k instead. I didn’t complain to her about Emmanuel then because he’d once mentioned having a wife and kid. I’m writing this because he treated me disrespectfully and childishly again the next day when I was checking out. I asked to speak with his boss, but he refused again. His staff all told him to call her, and he still wouldn’t.

Our one week staycation turned into a full week after we’d initially planned to stay just one day. My partner and I found the surroundings welcoming and peaceful, and the service was great. Everyone, from security to the admin staff, was helpful, and they tried to sort out complaints promptly. They also returned our caution fee without any hassle once they checked the inventory. I can’t recall everyone’s names, but a big thank you to Eric, Amanda and the fabulous team. We’ll come back next time we’re in Abuja.

It stays quiet, and the staff are respectful. A nice, cozy apartment in a peaceful setting. I’d recommend it if you need a cool place to stay in Abuja.
