A nice place with good customer service.

4/10
It’s not cheap, yet it feels like a place for people who only need a bed and privacy, not business or more discerning guests. The breakfast is basically nonexistent, staff seem demotivated, and service is poor. There’s a cockroach infestation, and the place isn’t well maintained. The whole thing feels like a farce, pretending to be a hotel.

The food is tasty, though a bit pricey, and room service has gotten much more prompt. The ambience is great, and the rooms are neat and functional. The corridors are neglected, parking is tight, and the staff are just okay.

A cozy spot in a peaceful setting, and the breakfast was delicious 😋

Shitty service. The kitchen has to be the worst in hotel history.
