The rooms have plenty of space, but the service is really poor, especially from the restaurant staff. The food wasn’t good, and I had to put up with the staff’s careless attitude. Housekeeping are doing a great job, though, and so is Mr Patrick. It’s a decent place to sleep, just not quite a home away from home.

The rooms are inexpensive, though the infrastructure is old.

It’s in a secure area, with 24-hour power and security. The food is nice, and there’s an event centre called "happy hall". There’s room for improvement: the parking area is too small, and things like the air conditioning, standby generator, and toilets need upgrading.

The internet cafe and business centre is open 24/7, with plenty of staff to help customers. Sometimes, though, a lot of the desktop computers are out of order or have some other problem. They could also stock cold drinks and bottled water in a small fridge or cooler. Regular visitors would appreciate it and probably buy some. Thanks.

The hotel is at area 11 portharcourt crescent, and the room furnishings make it feel a bit old. One good point is the internet, which works almost 24 hours and costs a normal amount. There’s also a barbing saloon on site. I’d give the hotel’s service 2 overall.
