The worst experience. Please, I'm begging you, don't book here. If you do, it's at your own risk. Be ready to end up on the street or find somewhere else as soon as you arrive. My reservation had been confirmed more than a month earlier. These people are liars, especially the manager, who claimed she'd told me in April that there were no rooms. Use common sense. If no apartments were available, why would Booking.com confirm my reservation and keep reminding me about my upcoming trip? Shaking my head. They're nothing but scammers. And let's set the record straight about my booking, because even Booking.com has no evidence of a reservation from me with your establishment in April for this trip! Less than a week before I was due to travel on my own, I contacted the property. The manager told me, “YOU NEED TO FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE TO LODGE!” My confirmed apartment wasn't available. They didn't even offer another property, just a pitiful apology. What was I meant to do? I'd booked a place to stay more than a month in advance. If I could give zero stars, I would. What kind of business is this? Run far away from this property. Otherwise, be prepared to be left on the street without warning!

🤗🤗🤗🤗🤗 I already miss this place. I just got back from an unforgettable vacation with friends at Dazzle Hotels and Apartments, and we had a blast. The staff made us feel welcome from check-in onward. They were warm, helpful, and treated us like royalty. Our rooms were modern, spacious, and spotless, with really comfortable beds and excellent amenities. We had everything we needed and then some. The food was fantastic too. Breakfast came as a large buffet with plenty of tasty choices, and dinner at the hotel's restaurant was just as good. The service was exceptional, and the dishes were prepared with care and presented beautifully. The entertainment, food, rooms, and service were all top-notch. I'd happily recommend Dazzle Hotels and Apartments to anyone looking for a great vacation spot.

SCAM!! Their online prices are all fake. They draw you in with what looks affordable, then demand a higher payment when you arrive. It's shameful that your management tried to broke-shame a customer online. I never asked for a free room, and you know it. I saw your advertised offer and chose what I could afford. You confirmed it was available, then raised the price by a wide margin when I reached your premises. You're not trustworthy, and people here need to know so they don't fall victim. Anyone in their right mind knows a grown man doesn't travel looking for free rooms. I run businesses too, and my services aren't free.
