I was meant to stay three nights at Dreamland suite Abuja, but couldn't because of the room I was given, 115. Its door wouldn't lock, so the only way to open it was to call the receptionist on duty to come with a master key. There was also only a small roll of toilet paper. When the public power goes off, you only get a fan, not the air conditioner, and once the inverter runs out, everything goes completely dark. Also, bed and breakfast isn't included for every room category.

The surroundings are clean, the price is appealing, and it's near Jabi Lake. It seems like an upcoming trendy hospitality spot. Recommended.

The rooms feel spacious and are kept very clean, with comfortable bedding and modern basics like free Wi-Fi and flat-screen TVs. From the calm atmosphere to the warm welcome in the elegant lobby, the stay felt comfortable. Dreamland suits offers a prime location, strong service, and a lot of comfort for the price.

I've never had this kind of problem with a hotel before. The service is so poor, and I haven't stayed anywhere worse. There's no laundry service, and the kitchen still isn't open at 8:30 in the morning. The receptionist, Helen, overcharges guests and has payments sent to her own account before the company account. If you question her, she turns it into an argument. This doesn't even deserve one star.

The staff are friendly, and the hotel is in a nice area near popular Jabi lake. But the network in my room was poor. I had to go to reception almost every time I wanted internet or needed to make a long call.
