En Apartment

The neighborhood is very nice and the staff were friendly, but the stay itself fell short. For six nights the bed gave me back pain. The toilet had no water hose for washing after using it, only tissue paper. Wi-Fi didn't work for even one day. The TV had very few channels, so I kept asking for particular ones, and at any given time only one sports channel was showing. I also had to ask every day for basic things before anyone brought them, including towels, beverages, housekeeping and hangers. This happened repeatedly during my long stay.

Power stayed on throughout all six nights, even during a heavy downpour, which I especially appreciated. The rooms were neat, staff were friendly, and the laundry service was good. I liked that the bathrooms had no bathtub. I'd recommend it.

I wouldn't say this hotel was worth it. After booking online, I arrived and found no water in either the toilet or shower. Staff got the water going after I called, but the shower head was broken. The white bed cover and towels had turned brown, and water ran all night in the toilet bowl.

The bed was comfortable, the AC worked, and the hotel is fairly central. Staff tried to be polite and helpful, too. But there are serious issues here, and they have a lot of work to do before I'd call it a good hotel. When I arrived, staff were sitting on a sofa in slippers watching videos. My room had no tissue or foot mat; after I asked, I got a rag with holes, and the wall paint was chipped. Coming back later, I found a smoky smell in the room, presumably from a generator. Closing the windows left it musty instead. I got a small shock when I put my foot on the floor during the night, and the tap also shocked me when the water heater was on. I complained, but nothing changed. I suspect dryness or the bedding material may have been involved, and it left me uneasy getting out of bed or touching surfaces. A lotion, a humidifier, or different bedding might help. I also suspect my bag was searched, though I'm not completely sure, so lock your bags and keep valuables safe. One staff member used my OPay account to call my phone number, which felt unprofessional. There was no kitchen or working Wi-Fi readily available when I was there. I had to ask several times before getting connected. They don't offer laundry service either.
