Gloriana Hotel and Suites

I arrived and couldn’t find a sign for the place.

It’s an apartment now, so there aren’t hotel services anymore. You can’t order food or drinks there; bring your own or cook. It feels a bit like being at home, just away from home, and it has almost all the basic things you need for cooking.

Gloriana Apartments & Suites has 16 serviced apartments in Abuja, with studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom options. Each has parking for one car, and the property is about an eight-minute drive from the Central Business District. The apartments are furnished with air conditioning, a living room with a personal DSTV box and intercom, and a fitted kitchen with appliances and crockery. Bedrooms have modern bathrooms or wet rooms, and some apartments also have balconies. Daily cleaning, gas for the kitchen, round-the-clock electricity and water, and CCTV surveillance are provided. It’s a newly renovated boutique property designed to offer a homely feel, privacy, and attentive staff service.

A decent apartment hotel for a short or medium stay. It’s in a secure area, with shopping centres within walking distance.
