The location can be tricky to find on Google Maps. Coming from Garki Market, head for the old CBN area and turn left; otherwise, you may drive around Garki II for a while before stopping to ask someone. The garden is great for events, with plenty of parking and a large hall where the air conditioning works. Rooms are pleasant for guests on a modest budget who want an old-class feel, and the service is good.

I came for a training session, but the shabby exterior put me off straight away. I actually drove past because I couldn’t believe it looked so different from the Google photos. What the heck.

The location is good, and the staff are pleasant, but the facilities are poorly looked after. Power supply is unreliable, and the generator only comes on at 7 pm. Room cleaning wasn’t thorough, and supervision is really bad.

I was there for an event, so I can’t say anything about the rooms since I didn’t stay overnight. The hall was small but probably fit for its purpose, though it wasn’t very bright. There was a nice outdoor seating space that seemed good for families and friends.

I didn’t stay because I wasn’t happy with what I saw. The place has really gone downhill and needs a major upgrade.
