Grey Residence

I came to Abuja for a job interview and stayed here. It was a nice, cool place and suited someone who wants privacy.

The 15k I paid for one night wasn’t worth it. I had to keep going downstairs to ask them to turn on the water so the tap would run in my room. They also didn’t provide a duvet. After several trips down to request one, they finally brought a dirty one. If I could, I’d give this place zero stars.

I wouldn’t recommend this hotel. The room prices are ridiculously high for what you get, so I left the next day and found another hotel with a much more comfortable room for less than Abuja Bay Garden Hotel. The manager and administrative staff were rude and disrespectful. I’m giving two stars only because one porter treated me better. If you’re thinking of staying here, I’d avoid booking online.

The atmosphere is peaceful, and the service was lovely. The staff were welcoming and courteous. I’d recommend it for a calm stay.
