The morning was a mess, with shouting and loud conversations right outside my door, then a fight. When I checked out, there was no staff around, so I had to let myself out. Inside, the rooms were tiny and dirty, and the price makes no sense for what you get. There wasn’t even a soap holder in the bath. The outside and the photos look nice, but indoors it felt like a seedy motel. Indomie was the only meal option, and it seemed the same girls who cleaned also cooked. A waste of money. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

The apartment felt beautiful and homely, and the staff were warm and helpful. We had a peaceful, lovely getaway and will definitely come back. Thanks for having us!

The rooms are spacious, clean, and attractive, and the grounds are quiet and roomy too. There’s good security at the estate gate, plus a wheelchair-accessible entrance and parking. The building itself is upscale and nicely finished inside and out. Finding Grey Residential homes can be confusing with all the estates around, but it’s in Safari Court Estate on Mohammed Namadi Sambo way, the first building on the right as you enter. Nizamiye Hospital, also known as the Turkish medical center, is a useful landmark. The service was okay and customer relations moderate, though I’m unsure whether it would hold up with more guests. Breakfast wasn’t included, despite what the online listing said. Staff told me that was a promotion when they first opened and has ended. They should keep the current information updated and continue maintaining the place.

There are plenty of spacious rooms and suites, furnished with soft, clean bedsheets and water heaters, among other things. It’s an awesome hotel along Mohammed Namadi Sambo Wy.
