What a wonderful experience. Things keep getting better and better. Thumbs up to the management and staff.

I haven’t stayed overnight here, but I’ve eaten at the restaurant twice and am already looking forward to a third visit. The buffet is amazing, the food is delicious and works for people with special diets, and the staff are ready to help as soon as you walk in. I’d give the customer service a 4.5.

The pool was clean and lovely to look at, and the chicken suya on a stick was so scrumptious I couldn’t get enough. My friends and I had a blast with the service. It was easy to find, and the security staff kindly directed me to the pool. I’d recommend this hotel for a fun time with friends or a dip in the water.

I was there for a meeting, so I only used the conference facilities and amenities, not an overnight room. The meeting setup was excellent, with comfortable seating and good technical equipment. The restaurant served quality food efficiently during breaks, and the restrooms were clean and well kept. Staff were professional and friendly throughout. I was especially impressed by the ramps at several points for guests with physical impairments. The spacious parking area was conveniently placed, so arriving and leaving was easy. The hotel seemed well managed and focused on guest satisfaction and disability inclusion.
