The location is great and easy to reach, and the prices are moderate for somewhere with the same rating. Some rooms seem to be getting renovated, since they could be better. Service may start off great but drops once you become a regular. Some staff are good at their jobs, polite, and discreet, while others are unbearably rude and incompetent.

I used to attend programs in their conference rooms. There’s a large hall and a smaller one, and they can host different kinds of events. The big hall holds about 150-200 people.

It’s a large, quiet, safe hotel with plenty of parking. There are some downsides: the shower in my room didn’t work properly, and the meals could be better. Sometimes you get to the restaurant for the buffet and some items have already run out.

I only stayed one night, then checked out as soon as I could. The internet was down, and when I called, they blamed the rain. My first room was dusty, the sheets clearly hadn't been changed, and the bathroom had no shower head. I asked to move, but the other room was still nasty. They wouldn't refund me, so I just put up with it for the night. Housekeeping and maintenance need serious attention. The rooms need an upgrade; the place feels like a complete waste of resources. I wouldn't go back or recommend it.
