The setting was lovely, and the customer care felt premium, a full 100%. Gift at the front desk is a professional staff member.

I chose the knightbridge because I prefer a secure area, and its location worked perfectly for me. It’s also close to many embassies and consulates, which could suit foreign nationals visiting Nigeria for business or a holiday. My room was spotless and nicely decorated, and the staff were welcoming and attentive. I felt right at home and would highly recommend it.

I spent two days at the Knightsbridge and was really impressed. The staff were helpful and friendly, the room was spacious and very clean, and the location was spot on. I’d recommend the Knightsbridge hotel to anyone wanting a comfortable, convenient stay in Abuja.

The staff were really nice and respectful, and the service was good. I had a very good experience overall, though I didn’t like that the restaurant is independent of the hotel.

Breakfast included bread that was moldy. There weren’t any glasses, water, or toilet paper in the room, and it felt almost like we were under arrest there. The bed was so hard I couldn’t sleep.
