Kriscane Suites

The accommodation feels cozy and homely, and it's well maintained. Service is prompt too, and the staff are wonderful 👍

My room cost 14k and felt worth the price. It was spacious, with a really large bed and a roomy bathroom. I especially appreciated the foot mat by the toilet door, a small thing many hotels overlook but that's genuinely useful. The two women who helped me at the front desk were warm and easy to talk to. When I had trouble with my iPhone charger, I asked if they knew where I could find one, and she lent me the spare they keep there for guests until I got mine. The kitchen staff member who brought my food was polite as well. Parking space in the compound is tight, but the service was really good.

The place has a nice feel and the staff are wonderful, especially Patience. When she's on duty, she really helps make the stay worthwhile. The lobby ways are a little cramped, though.

The flowers and peaceful setting give the place a lovely feel, and it felt like home to me. When it was time to leave, I found myself looking for a reason to stay longer 😀 The staff were courteous and quick to respond whenever I asked for something. I did find a used tissue in the bathroom, and the tissues weren't changed daily, but they sorted it out right away when I complained. It's hard to find the hotel without a map. The name is engraved on the fence but is easy to miss, and even people nearby didn't seem to know it. A more noticeable sign would help. If you want somewhere quiet and tucked away, you won't regret staying here.
