The receptionist was polite, but the room was in poor shape. The linen and towels were very old, the bathroom smelled bad and was poorly cleaned, and the door needed replacing. The AC made a terrible noise without cooling, so I had to turn it off. The water heater was below satisfactory too. I ended up moving to a much better hotel. Maybe these problems were specific to the room I was given.

I switched hotels after getting poor service at the one I'd been staying in, and the experience here was exceptional. Everyone, from reception onward, was amazing, and room service was 100%. I'd be happy to stay here again when I'm in Kubwa.

Terrible service and a bad reception. The AC was noisy but didn't cool, the bedding was old, there was no light, and the generator was useless. Worst experience ever. Y'all should just shut down, abeg.

The facilities are well maintained, and the staff are courteous and ready to help with what you need. A very nice place to stay.

A beautiful building with the space well used, stylish seating outside, and a cute classic club. It's on Gado Nasco way, Phase 4 Kubwa FCT Abuja.
