I paid 40,000 and checked out the next morning because I couldn’t face another night of this. The bed made a horrible noise when I lay down, the AC kept switching itself on and off, even in the middle of the night, and I had to call someone to fix it. They couldn’t get my room key working, and the lift was out, so I was sent up and down the stairs trying to sort things out. My only mistake was choosing to stay here. Such a waste of money.

The service was poor, and the hotel was crawling with cockroaches. I even found one in a plate of noodles I ordered. The room facilities need better maintenance too.

The location and service are okay, but the hotel feels old and out of date. It needs a major renovation and upgrade.

So far, everything has been great. That’s just based on my first day here, though.

It’s in the heart of Abuja, with connections to places around the city for work or other interests. I found the area secure and convenient for children, and would recommend it to people visiting Abuja for a holiday or some time to relax. The hotel is decent, the reception and services are fine, and the staff are respectful and make a real contribution.
