Marvel Hotel Suites

I especially liked the open pool bar and restaurant, and the meals were delicious and tasty. The bedding was sparkling white and clean, and I felt comfortable, calm, and relaxed throughout my stay at Marvel hotel and suites. I enjoyed every second and can’t wait to visit again. Marvel is the best.

I liked how close the hotel was to my function, but I’d only return as a last resort. The food was okay, though expensive, I spent 4k on one plate. I stayed two days, and the first day I had to bathe in cold water, which made my flu worse. When I complained, they said I had to call reception each time I needed hot water, which was weird. Cleanliness was a problem throughout. The fridges were so dirty and disgusting that I couldn’t put my drinks in them, and the bedsheets had stains. The first room I was given had a broken, leaking bath, so I had to ask for a completely different room. One of the female receptionists was rude and kept talking up the hotel’s ‘standard’. The cleanliness didn’t live up to that.

I liked the friendly staff and the service. The VIP Rooms have smart TVs with Netflix, YouTube, and other options, and I enjoyed the swimming pool too. It’s a peaceful place to rest and recharge. I love the Hotel.

The people were kind and helpful, and the furniture and building seem well made, though the finishing lets them down. It’s a reasonably priced hotel in a residential area, with no other restaurants nearby. The restaurant itself could be better. They only accept local credit cards, not international ones, and making outside phone calls wasn’t possible. With a few improvements, it could earn more stars.
