Mimantex Apartment

For somewhere I've tried in the Kaura districts, this place was manageable, and I couldn't sleep in one other apartment because its AC was so noisy. Rates here are affordable and negotiable, and there are different room types, some with a personal kitchen and some without. The manager was calm and nice. Reception service wasn't totally bad, and the other staff were average. It's possible to stay for a short or longer time. Water ran cleanly 24/7, which I appreciated after staying somewhere that needed several intercom calls just to get water running. The bathroom was okay, maybe 6 out of 10, though there were buildup marks from what seemed like prolonged poor cleaning. The AC was quiet, but never got very cool, even after trying all the settings in at least three rooms. If you need strong AC, ask them to switch it on for a few minutes and check the room before moving in. Seeing isn't believing with this, you need to hear and feel it. The mattress felt like a rock to me, though that's personal preference. It was unbearable, but I managed by getting a soft mattress topper. The bedsheets were old and due for replacement, or they should switch to colored ones if they can't maintain white. The cleaners, who call themselves "house keepers," did a very poor, lazy job. They lacked cleaning methods and techniques, and I had to tell them what to do and how because I'm sensitive to dust and stains. They don't turn on the generator in the daytime when the power is out. It comes on at 6:30pm, and runs through the night until 6:30am if NEPA has cut the power.

We enjoyed our stay in mimantex. The rooms were very clean and airy, the security was top notch, and the receptionists were reserved but outspoken. It's a comfortable, quiet place for a vacation.

Such a nice, quiet neighborhood. I'd say it's an ideal spot for a vacation.

The apartment was clean and nice, and the price was affordable. The customer service staff were friendly.
