I found it on booking.com while looking for somewhere that felt like home during my exams, and that's exactly what I got. I'm very grateful I came across it and would happily return. It was great value for money. I paid 15k for my room, while a similar room might cost 25k at other hotels. Maybe that's because the income goes to a charitable cause. The place is an apartment, so you need to sort out your own meals, but there was a refrigerator to keep food and a microwave for reheating it. The room was cozy, clean and comfortable, and getting there was easy. WiFi was free, the air conditioner, TV with lots of channels and water heater all worked. I'm picky about hotel toilets, and the clean bathroom exceeded my expectations. Power was steady, and they had a rechargeable fan ready in case it went out, which was thoughtful. The small decorative touches also made the room look nice. I enjoyed every bit of my stay.

There still hadn't been any noticeable improvement in customer care or maintenance as of late September 2022. In my room, the toilet wasn't working properly, so I had to flush the WC with a bucket, and no other room was available. Poor management is their weak point. The place, called mmmHouse or JAC House, is conveniently located opposite Zenith Bank on Ladoke Akintola Street. The first room was awful: its WC toilet was faulty, and when flushed, everything spilled onto the floor, even from the floors above. I moved to another foom the next morning, but that room also had poor WC management. The meals were poor too. The workers, though, were cheerful and willing. Management really needs to improve its maintenance.

The room felt homely, and I liked having a garden just across the road where there were different food options, so you could choose what to eat. It's also right across from Zenith Bank.

MMM HOUSE can't be relied on. My experience was frustrating, and I didn't end up staying there. I booked through bookings.com, then called MMM House the next day to confirm. They acknowledged the reservation, and when I asked if I could come a day early to pay, the person I spoke to said yes. I went to MMM House on the 2nd of July to pay. Mr Ken advised me to pay by bank transfer the next day, when my guest arrived, and I agreed. On the 3rd of July, my guest was already on the way there when I called and was told they had no room available. When I told Mr Ken this wasn't professional, he hung up on me. MMM HOUSE IS NOT RELIABLE.
