The staff are helpful and friendly, and the service is good. The place is fine overall, though some rooms felt a bit damp and could use more airing out and freshening up.

The front desk staff member, the Black woman, was super nice. I really liked her, and without her I would have given the hotel one star across the board. Breakfast was very limited, just three items, and they serve it to you rather than letting you help yourself. The internet was also very poor, so bring your own breakfast and internet. Some of the workers were quite rude.

Right in the heart of Utako district, Nugget hotel is easy to get to. The rooms are cozy and well furnished, with good, working sanitary facilities. There are indoor and outdoor bars with a range of food and drinks. It’s an affordable place to relax.

The location is good, but the receptionist was cold. We came to look at switching accommodation, then found a bug in the first room and even more in the next. Staff casually said they could spray the room, but it looked more like an infestation that ordinary insecticide wouldn’t fix.

A beautiful place that feels like a home away from home.
