The bathroom was filthy, with dirty water leaking from the toilet, and we even had to sweep our own room. Service was rubbish, and the staff were rude, unwelcoming, and unprofessional. I heard three different guests loudly complain about their treatment during my stay. Seeing those five-star ratings, I can’t believe they weren’t paid for. I paid to stay there and was treated this way. If I have to open multiple accounts to tear this place down, I will. Guests shouldn’t be treated like this and have the hotel get away with it. Spend your money there at your own risk. I hate rubbish, and that’s exactly what this hotel is.

Palazzo Versace hotel in Gwarinpa was quiet, peaceful, and beautiful, and the bathroom was stunning. I stayed a few months ago and was amazed by the hospitality and attention to detail. They had everything I could think of, plus extras just in case: cotton buds, needle and thread, buttons, a toothbrush, hair comb, hair dryer, and several towels. Well done, guys.

The rooftop pool has a lovely atmosphere, and the music is quiet but refreshing, with a soulful feel. Security was good too. They searched every car coming in, regardless of who was inside. I’d recommend this place.

I came back with my wife after first visiting on my own. The rooms are clean and nicely decorated, with basics like a toothbrush and toothpaste provided. They add some items when there’s an adult guest. The restaurant serves good meals, and breakfast for one is included. You can order food at the rooftop bar and eat it there by the pool. There was live music on Saturday night. The singer performed “African Queen” for my wife, and I could see how happy she was. I’ll keep this place in mind whenever I’m in Abuja.

I left feeling I hadn’t gotten my money’s worth at all. The rates are high, but the rooms are the smallest I’ve ever seen or stayed in, in any country. The toilets are so cramped you have to be careful not to fall, trip, or hit your head. There’s no lift, and you’re left to carry your own bags, whatever floor you’re on. The worst part was having to check out by 10:30am. ☹️☹️😤
