Poor lighting, bad customer service, a foul smell, neglected maintenance, and a horrible atmosphere. This is a terrible excuse for a hotel, and that’s putting it mildly.

The staff were very helpful, but the diplomatic suite was below par. The shower didn’t work at first, and after it was eventually fixed, it leaked all night. The sheets were dirty, the food was expensive, and there was no AC remote. I’d give them zero stars if I could.

The surroundings are good, but the staff look dirty.

The rooms were really clean, and the staff were friendly and ready to help. I’d have given it a 4.5 because mosquitoes took away that half point, but they sprayed the room and things turned out fine. I think I’ve found another good hotel option for trips to Abuja.

In a good spot in Utako, this is a clean, decent hotel with modest prices. The staff are civil and respond to complaints promptly. The free WiFi worked well, and they provide a modest complimentary breakfast. I’d recommend it to people visiting Abuja on a budget.
