Pedallo Luxury Inn Ltd

It’s an okay guesthouse, but better bedsheets would help, along with an intercom that works and has the different service desk numbers printed beside it. I also have to mention the kitchen staff member on duty the morning of 27 January 2025. That person really put me off the guesthouse.

A pleasant place to stay, and there were no mosquitoes. The meals are expensive, though, and there aren’t many TV stations. They should improve the service, and provide more than two small toilet rolls.

The food upset my stomach each time I ate it, and they kept serving the same soup, as if it had been there for a month. Could that even be safe? The rooms were very dirty, especially the bedsheets. Do they ever fumigate the hotel? Staff were rude, and the manager seemed unaware of what was happening because he spent his time watching TV. There doesn’t seem to be any management here. Honestly, they might as well call it a motel. This place needs to do much better.

The front desk woman was genuinely helpful and professional, and the service from her was really good. I didn’t meet the cleaning staff, but they’d done a good job. The kitchen staff didn’t impress me much, though I didn’t give them much of a chance, to be fair. The Inn closes its gates a bit early. I also really disliked the bathroom, it felt like something from the early 2000s. The place needs better furnishing. For the price, I expected at least a small fridge, but there wasn’t one. The AC had no remote, and we couldn’t operate it properly from the room. There was a nice cool light setting, though. Only three wall sockets, one was already used by the TV, and another only worked when the AC was on. Given the price and location, I was disappointed.
