The staff made the place feel warm and welcoming. They were friendly, respectful, and always willing to help, and the hotel had reliable 24-hour electricity. The room was comfortable enough to relax in after a long day. A couple of things disturbed my stay. The intercom in room 401 kept ringing by itself in the middle of the night, so I suspect it was faulty. The shower pressure was low too, with water coming out slowly. Other than that, things were fine. It’s a comfortable place with good staff.

The food was tasty and affordable, and the room rates were reasonable too. Staff were friendly and ready to help. It’s a handy place for meetings or a stay, with 24/7 power, a lift, and adequate security.

I only stayed because my first choice was full the night I arrived and my company was covering the bill. Nothing really stood out. The free breakfast was cheap, the internet was slow, and the bathroom looked ugly.

I was disappointed, especially since this place was so nice just two years ago. The room doors wouldn’t lock, none of the sockets or the intercom worked, and the lift was out of order. They only told me about these problems after I’d paid. When I asked for a refund, they said the accountant wasn’t available. I asked them at least to fix the door keys, but they said it was safe to stay with the doors unlocked. The manager was very unhelpful and said there was nothing he could do. I ended up losing both my money and the room, because I couldn’t safely sleep there or leave my things while I was out without being able to lock the door.
