A cleaner stole our phone. When I reported it, the hotel General manager said we hadn't left it at the hotel and insisted his staff were honest. Thanks to phone tracking and Wuye police station, after a month of careful police investigation and intelligence gathering, we recovered it from a hotel staff member.

I was given a towel only on the last day of my six-day stay. The food is overpriced.

The service was really bad. It felt like they weren't expecting customers. More than once, food from the kitchen took over an hour. The night I decided to check out, I ordered at 8:23 pm, then called reception and the kitchen to try to avoid a delay. At 10:44 pm they told me they'd forgotten the order. I also had to switch rooms once because the bathroom drain was clogged. Definitely not an experience I want to repeat.

The lights stayed on reliably, the food was good, and the receptionists were nice during my four-night stay. Room cleaning was poor until I asked them to do a better job. The pool restrictions were annoying, but it was a cool experience overall.
