Vine Apartments Resort

Worst experience ever. They changed my room at the last minute without being transparent, and the room they took me to was unmade, with dusty furniture. They made the bed while I waited, and I had to ask them to wipe the furniture. The bed frame was in bad shape, so I couldn’t sleep well because I kept worrying it might fall on me. There was no towel; when I asked, they gave me a wet one and said it was all they had because their dryer was faulty. They had no floor towel either. I wanted to have my clothes laundered for the next day, but the laundry was closed.

A beautiful, simple and quiet hotel with nice rooms and really good food. Easily one of the places to stay if you want to get out of the house for a few nights or are visiting Abuja for work.

It’s a three-storey hotel with no lift, and our room had no intercom. Since we were on the top floor, I had to go downstairs every time I needed something, and I could manage climbing down three times. Apart from that, it’s a really good hotel, comfortable and neat.

Good food, helpful service, and a comfortable, secure, private setting, all at a price that fit my budget. It felt like it had what I wanted from a hotel. I didn’t use the Wi-Fi, though.
