Western Dreams Hotel

The quick way management dealt with a bug I reported really impressed me. I also enjoyed the complimentary breakfast and WiFi, and the room had just the right lighting. The place felt peaceful and secure, and it seems to have had a recent upgrade. Staff were friendly and service was excellent. Its location is strategic too. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Abuja.

The location made getting to local attractions and restaurants easy, and the staff kept check-in and check-out smooth. We had a fantastic weekend getaway here. Our room was clean, modern, comfortable, and had the amenities we needed. The staff were friendly and attentive. I’d recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

The porter was especially helpful and seemed to be doing everything, so I think he deserves a raise. The location was the best part: peaceful, quiet, and safe, with a nice-looking exterior and a good interior too. But the service was poor. The heater and shower didn’t work, and after several calls I was left with a leaky bucket of water to manage until later in the morning. The sheets were damp and smelled odd, so I asked to have them changed. I only stayed one night, so I can’t say much beyond that, but for what I paid I expected better. They need renovations and better service. Apart from those problems, things were okay at best.

I came to Abuja for a conference and picked Western Dreams Hotel because it was easy to get to the Central area and connect to Nnamdi Azikiwe International Airport. The renovated rooms and bathrooms impressed me, especially the updated modern bathroom. My room felt peaceful and comfortable, and the natural light and bright stairways make the place look great in photos. It all made for a relaxing stay. I hope the atmosphere stays this way, because I’ll stay here again next time I’m in Abuja.
