AL-BA Royal Hotel & Suites

The club and bar were the only parts that seemed to work properly. Staff were cordial and really nice, and I can’t blame them for the hotel’s poor maintenance, but from the moment I arrived there was something to complain about and I was angry throughout. There was no water in the rooms for over 2 hours. I was moved from room 101 to room 107, where the AC didn’t work and the toilet wouldn’t flush. Water came from the tap, but wasn’t getting into the WC tank. Breakfast, which was complimentary, didn’t arrive until almost 11 because they said they were trying to find bread to buy. That’s crazy. With rooms starting at 19500, the hotel should have done much better.

The receptionists welcomed us warmly and made us feel at home. While our guest was staying there, we had no complaints. Everything was lovely, and the customer service was top notch, without any flattery. It was a beautiful experience, and I’d recommend the hotel anytime.

I haven’t seen the rooms yet, but the clubhouse was awesome, with a design that should suit different tastes. The pool also has a great design and finish. The location is easy to get to, and the atmosphere is calm. Service was great too, with orders handled genuinely and politely.

The outdoor bar is cool, and the night lighting looks beautiful. There’s also a very spacious nightclub. The rooms are clean and spacious, and the place gives good value for your money. Al-BA is a good spot if you want to spend time with friends and family.
