Really disappointing. The bathrooms were untidy, and one toilet didn’t even have a seat cover. They ration the electricity too. They need to get their act together before they’re ready for business.

The inside looked even more attractive and smelled nice. The hotel itself looks well built and sits in a pleasant area.

After a very long trip, my wife and I were told rudely that there was no room. As we were about to leave, someone said they did have a room, but it hadn’t been cleaned. When we paid, the manager came out yelling at the receptionist about giving us a room. We were told we couldn’t check in for another 2 hours 30 minutes while they cleaned, and had to sit outside with our things. The manager was very rude, and when we asked for a refund, they said they don’t give refunds. One of the worst experiences of my life.

I especially loved the food, which was marvelous. The rooms were comfortable and well ventilated, the facilities were perfect, and the staff were kind and well behaved. The location is perfect for travelers, easy to find, and very affordable. Electricity was constant too.

The meals were delicious, the attendants were commendable, and the service felt kingly. I had a great time at Prescott hotel Asaba and will keep coming back. Prescott is also affordable, so give it a try.
