I liked the ambience, and the property met what I'd expect from the Golden Tulip brand. The food was good, and the staff paid lovely attention to detail. Their feedback process was right on point. My one concern was that the breakfast buffet wasn't regular. A business-focused brand should have it consistently available. It's a lovely place, especially when you're in Awka for business.

It wasn't a bad experience overall, but there's room to improve. Please keep the breakfast buffet stocked with more than spaghetti and beans, since not everyone eats those in the morning. Bathroom linens need more attention too, along with general maintenance.
