Apno Hotel and Suites

Nice atmosphere and a great swimming pool.

The food was good, and there was electricity around the clock. The staff were friendly and ready to listen and help. A lovely experience all around.

The room rate wasn’t worth the experience. The AC didn’t work properly, and I waited over an hour for water to bathe. The staff seemed disorganized, and customer care was poor. One person quoted me 30k for a standard room, while another said 35k. I paid 35k and ended up having what felt like the worst nightmare of my life. Breakfast had been agreed for two people, but the next morning they said it was for one, so I had to leave without eating. The German part of my review says the accommodation was very bad, the AC did not work, there was no water for more than two hours, and it was far too expensive. I wouldn’t come here again.

The pool is clean, though the kids’ section is tiny, and the gym is moderately equipped. You can get a membership or pay as you use it. There’s a non-smoking VIP lounge, while smoking is allowed in the general lounge. APNO Hotel & Suites opened early 2020. It offers accommodation, a restaurant and bar, a lounge/GYM Club, a swimming pool, and an event hall. Rooms are affordable, and guest parking is spacious, but parking gets limited during events. The staff weren’t very responsive.
