I stayed for two weeks and found it a good place overall, with a good room. Room service needs work: they often didn’t have the food I wanted to order. The power went out sometimes, and workers sometimes asked for tips.

Quiet and peaceful, a good spot for a calm moment. Not noisy at all.

The facilities and structure get 8/10, cleanliness 8.5/10, the kitchen and bar 9/10, internet 3/10, and staff appearance and professionalism 9/10. Staff morals and values get minus 5. I stayed in Rm 112 and said I’d share my experience when I got back to Lagos. Overall, I enjoyed my stay, but I could never bring a child there. My friend and her kids, who live in benin city, came to visit, so I took them to the restaurant to order food. They saw staff having a romantic encounter in the office, something they won’t forget. I asked who I could complain to, such as a supervisor, and was told the woman involved was the supervisor. Then I went to see the reception manager, and when he came to meet me, I realized he was the person I’d just seen with the supervisor. Overhaul your staff and teach them moral decency.
