I’ve stayed here twice on separate occasions and never regretted either visit. The location is easy to get to, and the service was great. The receptionists and porters were friendly. The rooms aren’t exactly top-notch, but they still feel like a 7/10 kind of luxury. Thanks for making Benin worthwhile for me and my colleagues.

The location is good, but the customer service was poor. My friend paid for two, three-night stays and had a horrible first night because of mosquito bites, so we decided to check out. Getting a refund became a problem, and the manager I called was not cultured at all.

I paid for the royal executive room and still had two days left when they told me I had to move because someone else had paid for the room. This happened twice, and I felt insulted. Their customer service is terrible. I AM NEVER GOING BACK THERE.

A clean environment and good service make this a good hotel option.
